Competitive Advantage Of Restaurants In Johannesburg

Our names are Prof Cecile Nieuwenhuizen and Prof Chris Schachtebeck, we are academics at the University of Johannesburg. Our study aims to determine what contributes to the competitive advantage of restaurant owners to enable us to focus on these attributes and skills in entrepreneurship education. You are invited to participate in this study as a restaurant owner / owner-manager. Therefore, your participation in completing this questionnaire as part of this important study would be greatly valued.
The questionnaire should take no more than twenty to thirty minutes to complete. All the information, identifying particulars and responses provided will be kept confidential and anonymous, and the results will only be reported in aggregate form. Therefore no foreseeable risks from participating in this study.
